What flowers are white with 1 green spot on each petal and the flower part hangs down?

They are in my garden everywhere! I live near Santa Cruz, CA.

What flowers are white with 1 green spot on each petal and the flower part hangs down?
It sounds to me like summer snowflake (leucojum) which are a member of the amaryllis family. Here's a link to some pictures. I hope this helps!

Reply:That sounds like a mustard-family plant that I've seen on the cliffs in that part of California. If it has pods about 3 inches long with bulges later, that's it. Post a picture, I'm sure someone knows what that common plant is.
