Is there a plant with black foliage and white flowers?

There are no black plants, although there are some black fungi.
Reply:Ophiopogon planiscapus Nigrascens - Black Ornamental Grass . About 6" to 8" high with little white flowers.
Reply:There is a variety of oxalis that has very dark leaves and white flowers. That's the only thing with the combination you're looking for that I know of. For just black foliage, there is a type of taro that has black leaves (they might call it balck elephant ear at the nursery) and some nearly black varieties of coleus.
