bees are most attracted to brightly colored flowers with a strong scent.
so i would say the colorfull ones!
Which flowers have mo chance of being pollinated, bright colored flowers or white flowers?
Disregarding everything else if you take only the COLOR WISE percentage of pollination then bright colored flowers have more chance of pollination.
But remember in nature the equations are not so simple and straight forward.
Dull colored or plain white colored flowers do have some tricks up their sleeves.
Some white colored flowers have Divine perfume that attracts hordes of insects!
Reply:GREEN flowers have no chance of being pollinated.....?
Reply:It is not easy to tell as color of petals depends upon attracting pollinator. If an insect attracted by white color, white colored flowers are easy for pollination.Same is the case of colored petals.
Reply:well considering that brightly colored flowers attract animals better and the animals or insects are what usualy pollinate the flower then brightly colored flowers will have a bettre chance of being pollinated
Reply:Bright flowers.
Reply:bright, because they attract the insects that pollinate them
Reply:Depends on the pollinators around, the smell of the flowers, colors not seen by the human eye (UV). Bats and moths pollinate more white flowers because they're more easily seen at night, among other reasons. So IT DEPENDS.
Reply:Well its brigt colour flowers which attact pollinating creatures. Apart from that, amount of nector also affects the chances. Bring colour is been attracted by bees and insects are their eyes get those colour first. white colours are not noticinle for them as they see everything black and white. so anything apart from white will attract them.
Reply:All flowers get pollinated, otherwise they wouldn't exist any longer.
Not all plants depend upon birds or insects for pollination. Many will pollinate by other means such as wind. Other plants self pollinate.
As a general rule, flowers with color or fragrance are pollinated by animals to attract them. This is not always true, however.
Reply:bright colour flowers are polinated by insect or birds in day time only whereas white color flrs usually poses strong aroma or scent therefore atract insects %26amp; bats %26amp; hence are polinated by insect %26lt;mostly during day%26gt; and by bats during night! so in nutshell frequency of white flower being polinated is more than colored one.
Reply:well, they are attracted to brightly coloured flowers with sweet nectar
