if your hair is long enough wear it up because if will look more elegant and wearing it down is more a school/day time look. so if you wear it up and curled it will look really cute.

well, since im dont know what the dress looks like, i will say this; if you would like your neck to look longer ,or you have jewelry to show off,try your hair up.if you already have a long neck,keep it down.but you could always pull back part of it while it is down if you would like a more polished look.i hope you have fun!! :0)
